The first company wanted to run the power line around the outside of the home instead of under the wrap-around porch, and recommended not getting permits in order to save money. They were going to install the new circuit box on the outside of the home to increase the ease of installation for them. Your rep recommended running the line under the porch and placing the new box inside the garage for aesthetic appeal. He also strongly recommended permitting as 'it's always a good idea to get a second set of eyes on the project', and we would need the permits when we sold the home. I felt I was in much better hands with your rep. The scheduling and installation went smoothly, and I was always kept informed as to the status of the project. Everything was easy and coordinated, very professional. Happy not to worry about PG&E any more. I have already recommended your company to a client of mine."
