...for the top notch professional installation of our Generac 16k back-up generator. From the first discussion to site review/planning, installation and familiarization, the Modernize crew was on top of their game. I'm a pretty handy guy and considered doing at least part of the installation myself but after seeing your crew prepare and install our new generator, I would not hesitate to tell anyone considering bac k up power to go with the Modernize Team. Since installation this Summer, the power has gone out three times and our back up system worked perfectly. Thanks also for adding the WiFi amplifier and the 220v utility outlet in my garage as part of the whole package."

Regular maintenance will improve performance and extend engine/equipment life. The manufacturer recommends that all maintenance work be performed by an Authorized Service Dealer (this is different than an authorized installer). Regular maintenance, replacement, or repair may be performed by any repair shop or person of the owner's choosing, however, to obtain warranty related service, the work must be performed by an Authorized Service Dealer. It is important to perform maintenance as specified in the Service Schedule, found in the Owner's Manual, for proper generator operation.
